MIX DRY AND WET INGREDIENTS SEPERATELY. COMBINE TOGETHER AND FOLD IN BLUEBERRIES. FILLED MUFFIN CUPS AND SPRINKLE TOPPING MIXTURE. BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES OR UNTIL DONE.
