Healthy Pizza

Ingredients
1/2 Lavash roll up1 tbsp extra light olive oil1/2 cup green peppers2 strips yellow peppers1/4 cup mushrooms, canned1/4 cup pizza sauce2 oz. ham, lean1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, part skim milk
Directions
1. Pre heat Oven to 350 degrees
2. Lightly coat lavash roll up with olive oil on both sides (cook in oven until golden and slightly hard)
3. sautee mushrooms, green and yellow bell peppers
4. Spread pizza sauce on lavash roll up (after toasting it)
5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of pizza sauce
6. Add the sauteed mushrooms, green and yellow peppers evenly
7. Add chopped ham evenly
8. Bake in oven for about 10 minutes-depending on your oven. Check often!

The Lavash roll comes whole but slice in half to make 1 serving.
(Lavash roll ups can be found near the pita breads, I get mine from Walmart supercenter)
