dad's cole slaw

Ingredients
3 cups pak choi finely slicedl onion finely sliced3 tbsp mayo3 tbsp pickle relishdash of pepper to taste
Directions
thinly slice chinese ( Napa) cabbage and round onion. Combine in mixing bowl. Mix in mayo and pickle relish. Season to taste with pepper. Let stand about 30 minutes to settle the flavors.
