homemade kashi protein bars

Ingredients
8 cups of kashi go lean high protien cereal6 cups marshmallows6tbsp margarine120 grams protein powder
Directions
Melt butter and marshmallows on stove using low heat.. meanwhile mix 8 cups of cereal and 4 scoops of protein powder...when marshmallows are melted mix all together in a casserole dish and let cool... this should yeild 27 bars depending on size of casserole dish you use... also sprinkle some cinamon on top for some extra flavor
