Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Ingredients
Pillsbury pizza crust (refrigerated tube)1/3 cup barbeque sauce1 whole chicken breast2 cups mozzarella cheese (part skim milk)
Directions
* I had to enter in the Boboli crust because there wasn't an entry for Pillsbury pizza crust in the ingredients list....I made sure the calories came out right in the recipe!*

In a slow cooker cook the chicken breast and barbeque sauce (and about 1 cup of water) for 8 hours. When the chicken falls apart, put it on top of the dough and cheese. Cook at 425 for about 15 minutes! Enjoy!
