Ingredients
4 Cups Fat Free Chicken or Vegetable Broth2.5 Cups Canned Diced Tomatoes1.5 Cups Canned Black Beans1.0 Cup Brown Rice (cooked)0.5 Cup Salsa1 Carrot. diced0.5 Cup Onion, diced0.5 Cup CeleryChili Powder, Garlic, Cumin, to tasteCooking spray
Directions
Makes about 4, 2 cup servings

Saute onions, carrot and celery in cooking spray and spices. Add a little broth to cook til tender.
Add the rest of the broth, and all other ingredients.
Heat to boiling and simmer 5 minutes
