Garlicky, Cheesy Potatoes

Ingredients
8 potatoes1 cup milk2 tbsps garlic1 head of garlic1 cup fontina cheese1/3 cup parmesan cheesesalt and pepper
Directions

Cut potatoes into quarters and boil until tender. Take garlic and place in square of foil, pour olive oil over garlic, close foil to make a packet and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 - 40 minutes.

When potatoes are done add all ingredients in bowl of electric mixer. Mix well and then place in casserole, bake in oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
