Tuna Casserole

3 cans chunk or flaked tuna in water1 can cream of mushroom soup2 tbsp flour1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated2 cups frozen mixed veggies2 cups shell pasta1 tomato, sliced
Bring pot of water to boil and add pasta. Cook for 10min or until soft. While waiting for pasta to cook, put cream of mushroom soup in pot an add 1 can of water. Mix well and add flour. Once warm add 1/2 cup of the cheese. Set aside. Place frozen veggies in microwave for 2min on high. When done place in casserole dish. Add drained tuna, cooked pasta and cream of mushroom soup. Mix well and sprinkle top with remaining grated cheese. Add slices of tomato for garnish.
Cook at 350 degrees for 30min. Let stand 5min and serve.
