Ingredients
1 cup sugar.5 cup butter or margarine.5 cup peanut butter.25 cup water1 tbsp vanilla1 egg1.25 cup whole wheat flour.25 cup soy flour1 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oats.5 tsp baking soda and salt4 cups cheerios
Directions
Heat oven to 375. Stir together sugar, butter, peanut butter, water, vanilla, and egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients except cereal. Gently stir in cereal. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan or drop by rounded 1/4 cup full and flatten. Bake 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.

    I was very happy to see that the serving size was actually realistic for this recipe! This is a very fun, easy, and tasty recipe. I'd definitely make it again. I didn't have soy flour, so I just substituted whole grain flour instead, and it turned out just fine. - 9/12/09
