Quick Spanish Rice

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken1 med. onion, diced3 cloves garlic8 oz. salsa2 C. water3 T. olive oil
Directions
Dice chicken.
Heat olive oil and brown chicken.
Add onion and cook until just soft. Mince garlic and add to chicken/onion mix. Cook for a minute. Add salsa and stir. Add rice and 2 C. water. Cook for 20 minutes. If rice is not soft, add about 1/4 C. more water and cook for a few additional minutes.
