    I would brown in vegetable oil, and then add some teriayki sauce before the vegetables were added. the rice would be understood. - 2/13/10

    Try doing a 5 spice rub or even letting the chicken sit in some marinade to ad some flavor and motivation to eat this. Also, a cup of brown rice can ad some carbs to a carbless meal. - 4/14/09
