Ingredients
6 large eggs1 cup shredded chedder cheese1 cup finly diced green pepper1 cup finly diced onion1 cup sliced mushrooms3 cups of browned hash browns2 cups of milk2 cups diced ham (lean)salt and pepper to taste
Directions
preheat oven to 400. place 2/3rds of lightly browned hash browns into the bottom of a sprayed 9x13 baking pan. Then 2/3 of vegies then 2/3rds of cheese. Then mix milk, egss and salt and pepper with a wire wisk and pour over then ingredients in backing disch then relayer the top with reamaing ingredients then bake for 35-40 min
