Ingredients
1.5 lb round or sirloin steak cut into strips1 cup celery, sliced thini cup onions, sliced thinMarinade:3 tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp. salad oil 1 tsp ground ginger1 tsp sugar1 clove garlic, mincedMarinate meat 1/2 hour, grain and brown quickly in 1 tsp oil. Add celery and onions, cook 5 minutes. Combine in a bowl:1 tbsp vinegar1/2 tsp worchestershire sauce1 Tbsp soy sauce1 tbsp ketchup1 tsp sugar1 tbsp cornstarch1/2c. watermix well and add to meat mixture, cook 5 minutes. Serve with rice1
Directions
Marinate meat 1/2 hour, grain and brown quickly in 1 tsp oil. Add celery and onions, cook 5 minutes.
