Turkey Chilli

500g turkey mince2 cloves garlic, crushed1 large onion, diced400g can chopped tomatoes1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp dried chilli flakes425g can chilli kidney beans2 tsps gravy granules (optional)
Brown the turkey mince in a non-stick pan over a low heat.
Add the garlic and diced onion and cook until onions are transparent.
Add the tomatoes, herbs, spices and kidney beans.
Simmer for 30-40 minutes until the sauce is thickened. If necessary, add a couple of teaspoons of gravy granules to help thicken the sauce and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Serve over boiled rice or with a baked potato and salad.
