Catalina Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6)Kraft Free Catalina salad dressing (whole bottle)Onion soup mix (1 packet)
Directions
Fill a casserole dish with trimmed boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6). Pour an entire bottle of Kraft Free Catalina salad dressing. Sprinkle one packet of onion soup mix over the top. Cover and bake approximately 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. DO NOT OVER COOK! If the chicken is at all dry, it's been overcooked.

Makes 12 servings of 1/2 chicken breast each.

Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Thicken sauce for a gravy, if desired. Leftovers will be nearly neon pink, making them a fun topper on salads and other lunches.
