8 slices of low calorie bread1/2 cup of egg beaters or 2 eggs2 tablespoons water1 tablespoon vanilla extract1 teaspoon ground cinnamon2 packets of artificial sweetener (splenda or sweet n low
Directions
Tear slices of bread into pieces. In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Spray a skillet with non stick spray and heat. Form mixture into 8 pancakes. Cook until golden brown, flip pancakes, and continue to cook until golden. Remove from heat and serve with low cal margarine or sugar free syrup. Makes 2 servings, 4 pancakes each.
