Oatmeal whole wheat pancakes

1 c. Old fashioned Oats1 c. white whole wheat flour2 c. milk 1%1 large egg2 T. sugar4 T. Canola oil2 t. baking powder1 t. baking soda1 t. salt
This recipe only makes 18 pancakes, but of course it can be doubled, tripled, etc.
Mix all the ingredients together and let sit for a bit to let the oats soak up some of the milk.
Cook as you would any other pancake batter.
