1 whole wheat south beach wrap2 oz of boneless chicken breast strips1 cup bell pepper chopped 1/2 cup onion chopped1 cup fresh raw uncooked spinish, washed1/4 cup 2%milk fat kraft shredded cheese1/4 of a pack of taco bell taco bell seasoning.garlic powder,salt and pepper to taste
cook chicken breast thru till tender and done. i suggest boiling or baking. when done add your peppers, onions, garlic, salt, pepper,and taco seasoning to about a cup of water and let cook till water evaporates. remove from stove.
Heat your south beach wrap up how ever you like , oven or microwave then add your chicken filling to the top. top with your cheese, and spinish. you can also use a taco sause or salsa if you like. then wrap it all up and enjoy.
