Easy Chunky Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
3 tablespoons Olive oil1 large Onion chopped3 cloves Garlic minced1 teaspoon Salt1/8 teaspoon black Pepper28 oz. canned Diced tomatoes1/2 teaspoon Thyme
Directions
Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and saute until tender. Add garlic, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add tomatoes with their juices.

Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 20 minutes.
