Semolina Brownies

Ingredients
1/3 c sugar½ c brown sugar½ c unsweetened cocoa½ c flour½ c semolina flour2 eggs¼ c olive oil1 Tbsp vanilla
Directions
Preheat oven to 325F. Grease bottom only of an 8” pan.
In large bowl, mix sugars, cocoa and flours; blend in eggs, oil and vanilla.
Bake 25 minutes. Chill before cutting.
