Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 chicken brests (boiled) and chopped1.5 cups mayo1 medium purple onion3 hard boiled eggssalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil chicken and chop. Place in a large bowl. Chop purple onion and add to chicken. Chop hardboiled onions and add to mixture. Add mayo then mix. This is with regular mayo. Light canbe used instead. Salt and pepper to taste

Serving size 1 tablespoon. I use 2 for a sandwich
