Ingredients
*Soy Sauce, 1 cup * Salt, 1 tsp * Pepper, black, 1 tsp * Cider Vinegar, 1 cup * Chicken Thigh, 1 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook * Garlic, 1 clove * Onions, raw, 10 rings * Pepper, black, 3 dash *Canola Oil, 5 tbsp
Directions
Put the vegetable oil in a hot pan.
Slightly fry the chicken to remove its odor.
Put the chicken aside and add the garlic, onions, soy sauce, vinegar.
The combination of your sauce should suites your taste.
Put the chicken in again.
Then put the pepper and sugar. For the best taste, put a chili (sauce or raw)
Cover the pan and wait for 25-30 minutes until the chicken absorbed the sauce.
Ready to serve and eat.

    I love adobo! I make this in the crockpot low 8 hours, it makes it so tender and tasty, then you can skip the oil. I also toss in a handful of whole peppercorns, it is so good! - 4/26/07

    seems like it would have quite a bit of sodium with the soy and the salt. Might cut out the salt and use low sodium soy sauce.
