Healthy fishy bites

Ingredients
400 g Pilchards minced100 g Dised raw onion60 g Dised green pepper250 g Frozen spinach4 Egg whites125 ml Fat free milk60 ml Self raising flour30 g Tomato paste2 tbls ChutneySpices to taste
Directions
Steam spinach, drain and press dry.
Mix all ingrediants together.
Spray muffin cups with spray and cook.
Preheat oven to 255 degrees.
Scoop mixture inte muffin cups and bake for 30 minutes or untill done.
