Potato Crab Patties

Ingredients
200 grams of cooked potato (mashed, with nothing added)1 can of crabmeat (drained; 110 grams)1/3 cup finely chopped onion2 egg whites1 tsp olive oil (for frying)
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Add to hot oil in fry pan. Flip carefully, cooking both sides until browned.

Serve with diced tomatoes if desired.

Makes 2 LARGE patties
