Strawberry smoothie

Ingredients
1 Cup Nonfat Skim Milk1 Cup Frozen Strawberries3 tsp Splenda (or any noncalorie sweetener)
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and mix until smooth. Since strawberries are frozen no need to add ice et ceter to thicken it.
