A Great Apple Turnover

Ingredients
1 low carb whole wheat tortilla1 med granny smith apple1 tsp cinnamonSpinkle of sugar (optional)1/4 tblsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
Directions
Cook granny smith apples in 1/4 tblsp of Smart Balance Buttery Spread until well cooked. Sprinkle with cinnamon.

While apples are cooking, preheat iron skillet over med heat. Place tortilla in skillet for a few minutes to heat one side, turn tortilla over. Sprinkle with a little sugar (optional).

Place the cooked apples in the tortilla and wrap.
