Mom's Peanut Macaroni Salad

Ingredients
16oz Whole wheat corkscrew pasta, cooked and cooled16oz bag frozen peas and carrots, cooked and cooled2 TB minced onion1 c mayonnaise (I use Smart Balance, but SP didn't have that has an option)1 TB yellow mustard3 TB sweet pickle relish1/2 tsp saltdash pepper1c dry roasted peanuts1c cubed cheddar cheese2 hard eggs, chopped
Directions
Mix first 8 ingredients. Ad remaining and continue mixing.
