2 lb sirloin steak1 Tbl. olive oil2 medium onions - chopped1 green pepper - chopped2 can (4 cups) tomatoes2 Tbl. garlic powder1 can tomato paste1/4 cup chili powder1 Tbl sugar3/4 Tbl Oregano1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Cut Sirloin steak into bite size pieces removing separable fat.
Brown meat in olive oil
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Serves 4.
