Slow Cooker French Dip Sandwiches

Ingredients
1 poiund of boneless round stead, fat-trimmed1 envelope of Lipton Onion Soup MIx1 (14 oz) can of beef broth1 loaf of bakery French bread (or Artisian bread already sliced)1 cup 2% shredded mozzarella
Directions
Combine beef broth and onion soup mix in crock pot. Add round stead. Cook on low for 8 hours (I did it for 6 hours on medium instead). Remove round steak and slice or shred if preferred. Slice French bread in half, length-wise. Layer beef,then cheese. Close; cover with foil. Heat at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Slice and serve with au jous for dipping.
