Creamy Chicken and Vegetables

Ingredients
3 carrots sliced3 stalks celery sliced1 large onion, cut into wedges1 (10 3/4oz) can low fat cream of chicken soup3/4 cup nonfat chicken broth1lb chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
Directions
1. Arrange carrots, celery, and onion in bottom of slow cooker; top with chicken
2. Combine chicken soup and broth and mix well. Pour over chicken and vegetables and toss to mix. Cook on low 4 to 6 hours.
