Banana Nut Bread

3/4c all-purpose flour3/4c whole wheat flour1/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1 egg3/4 c sugar (I used Splenda, SugarBlend...so I used 1/4c and 2 tbsp)1/2 c chopped walnutsoptional: 1 tsp finely shredded lemon peel1/8 tsp salt
Grease 8x4x2 loaf pan and preheat oven to 350.
In mixing bowl combine all dry ingredients, except sugar.
Make a well and add the wet mix (bananas, eggs, sugar, and oil).
Mix just until moistened (batter should be lumpy). Fold in nuts.
Pour mixture into loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes then remove from pan.
