Baby Spinach, fresh, (6 oz) *Flour, white, 1.5 cup Milk, 2%, 2 cup Baking Powder 1 tspEgg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters),Monterey Cheese, 1 cup, shredded Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, shredded Butter, salted, 1 tbsp
Melt butter in 9 x 13" pan. Evenly spread spinach. Sprinkle cheeses evenly over spinach.
Mix egg beaters, milk, flour and 1 tsp baking powder. Pour over cheese/spinach. Bake at 350 degrees.
