Roasted Yams with Veggies

Ingredients
2c Yamshalf large onion1c chopped bell pepper2 cloves garlic1 Tbsp Olive oil
Directions
Cut up all the veggies and the yams
Put the yams, garlic, olive oil and onion in the oven to roast at 375 degrees
Add the bell peppers about 5-7 min before the yams are cooked to keep them a little crispy.
Add maple syrup (the real stuff) or honey if you want to satisfy a sweet tooth (the calorie calculation doesn't include the sweets)
