Tuna Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb box elbow macaroni2 (6 oz) cans of tuna packed in water OR 1 big can (well drained)1 can Campbell's 98% fat-free cream of mushroom OR cream of chicken 2 cups skim milk4 tbsp Smart Balance Light buttery spread1 can of mushrooms (optional)Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Boil macaroni on the stove until el dente. Drain. Combine macaroni, tuna, soup, and mushrooms (optional) in a 9 x 13 cake pan. Plop butter on top in four separate plops. Pour milk over top. Cook in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes. Stir. Cook 20 minutes. Remove and stir.

Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
