Black Bean Salsa

Ingredients
1 cup corn, fresh or frozen1 cup tomatoes, seeded and diced1 can drained and rinsed black beans½ cup green onions sliced 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro chopped very fine1 T olive oil2 Tablespoons FRESH lime juice1 teaspoon ground cumin (spice)½ teaspoon salt½ finely diced and seeded jalapeno pinch of pepper
Directions
Mix all together and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight. Serve with tortilla chips. Especially good with lime tortilla chips.
