Lisa's primavera orzo

Ingredients
# Orzo Pasta, 1 cup (remove)# *College Inn Chicken Broth - 99% Fat Free, 2 cup (remove)# *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)# Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)# Carrots, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)# *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)# Butter, unsalted, 1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) (remove)# Salt, 1 dash (remove)# Pepper, black, 1 dash
Directions
finely chop veggies. Saute in olive oil. Add broth and bring to a boil. Add pasta. When orzo is cooked and almost all liquid is absobed, add butter, cover and remove from heat. Stir and add salt and pepper(or season salt) to taste before serving.
