Greek Style Turkey Burgers W/ Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt1/4 cup chopped peeled cucumber1/4 cup fat-free sour cream1-1/2 teaspoons snipped fresh dill1-1/2 teaspoons lemon juice1 small garlic clove, mincedBURGERS:1 medium onion, finely chopped1/4 cup dry bread crumbs1 tablespoon dried oregano1 tablespoon lemon juice2 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper1 pound ground turkey
Directions
Mix yogurt and sour cream. Stir in the cucumber, dill, lemon juice and garlic; set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the onion, bread crumbs, oregano, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four burgers.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray before starting the grill. Grill burgers, covered, over medium heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until meat is no longer pink. Serve each with 2.5 tbs of sauce. Yield: 4 servings.
