Chicken Croquettes

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - cooked and shredded1/2 C kraft 2% shredded sharp cheddar1/2 C kraft fat free cheddar1/4 C chopped onions1/2 C egg substitute1/3 C bread crumbs, plain1/4 C flourseasonings to tastefat free sour cream
Preheat oven to 400F.
Place chicken, cheeses, onion, 1/4 C egg substitute, seasonings and about 2 tsp bread crumbs in a food processor, and process until a consistency that can form a patty.
Form patties about 2 1/2 to 3 inches wide.
Dip, one at a time, in flour, then remaining egg substitute, then remaining bread crumbs.
Spray baking sheet with pam, and place croquettes on it. Lightly spray tops of croquettes with pam and place in oven.
Bake for 20 - 25 minutes and then turn oven to low broil until tops begin to brown.
Top with sour cream, if desired.
Makes 8 - 3" Croquettes.
