Ingredients
* Rouses Shrimp(40/50), 16 oz * Garlic, 2 tsp * Olive Oil, 2 1tsp * Basil, 1 tbsp * Oregano, ground, .50 tsp * Parsley, dried, .50 tsp # Gold Whole Wheat Flour, 1 cup
Directions
Mix all spices in a bowl...heat pan with olive oil...dredge shrimp through mix..add to pan...cook until shrimp are done. Can be served with rice or pasta.
