Turkey Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2.5 lb Ground Turkey Meat14 oz can Artichoke Hearts (drained)13.25 oz can of Mushrooms - Stems & Pieces (drained)28 oz can Diced Tomatoes With Garlic, Oregano, & Basil (undrained)1 Spaghetti Sauce Spice Packet1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)2 cups Zucchini (diced)3-4 cups of Broccoli (chopped)2 jars (52 oz total) Spaghetti Sauce1 cup water
Directions
1.) Brown the meat in a large stock pot
2.) Add the spaghetti spice pack and simmer for 3-5 minutes
3.) Add the fresh Veggies and garlic -- let cook for about 3-5 min
4.) Add the remainder of the ingredients -- heat to a light boil.
5.) Reduce heat -- let simmer for approx 30 to 45 min.

Serve over pasta -
Makes approx 9 two cup servings.

Note: I used "Safeway Select Artichoke Pesto Pasta Sauce" but I am sure any jarred sauce would work.
