Ingredients
1 lb grilled chicken breast4 tbsp Light Mayo (can add or subtract based on how creamy you want it)1 granny smith apple, diced1 cup diced celery1/2 cup Golden Raisins and Dried CranberriesChipotle Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Makes 6 one cup servings.

Grill chicken, cube when cool. Mix in large bowl with all other ingredients.
