Ingredients
>1 lb. lean boneless beef sirloin steak>2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms>1 cup chopped onions>1 1/2 tbsp. reduced-calorie margarine>1 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour>1 cup water>1 tsp. beef-flavored bouillon granules>1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt>1/4 cup sour cream>1 cup red wine>salt and pepper to taste>1 1/2 cups no yolk noodles, cooked according to package directions>nonstick cooking spray
Directions
Slice steak thinly. Coat skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat. Saute steak, mushrooms and onions for 10 min. or until they get brown and veges are tender. Remove from heat, drain and pat dry then set them aside. Cook in a medium saucepan, melt margarine over low heat; stir in flour until smooth. Cook one min. stirring constantly. Gradually add water and bouillon; stir constantly while cooking over medium heat until it gets think and bubbly. Mix in yogurt, sour cream, wine, salt and pepper. Add to steak mixture in skillet, and return to heat. Cook over low heat for 5 min. Keep stirring frequently. Do not boil. Pour steak mixture over cooked noodles, and serve right away.
