Spicy Pimento Cheese Spread Low Carb

Ingredients
Kraft Sharp Cheddar cheese block, 8 oz. gratedKraft Medium Cheddar cheese block, 8 oz. shreddedSour Cream, .33 cup *Kraft Real Mayo, .25 cupPimentos, chopped, 4 oz jar, drainedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper, seeded & chopped finelyGarlic, chopped 1 tspSalt, 1 tsp or to taste, I used garlic saltPepper, black, 1 tsp
Directions
I use a food processor to finely chop up pimentos & jalapenos, as well as shred my block cheeses.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl & refrigerate. Easy! & enjoy!
