Hi Fiber Hi Protein Blueberry Shake

Ingredients
1/2 cup Blueberries, frozen3/4 cup Kashi GoLean cereal2 tbsp Herbalife or comparable protein powder1 tsp Flax Oil1 cup Skim milk2 tsp Benefiber (wheat dextrin)
Directions
One 16 oz. shake

Add Kashi, unthawed blueberries, protein powder, flax oil and skim milk to blender. Blend til all dry ingredients are mixed in. Add up to 1/2 cup water to desired thickness.
