Olive Oil & Vinegar Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
24 oz Chicken breast1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup vinegar1 Tbsp Italian seasoning1/2 cup onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, crushed
Directions
Cut chicken into medium sized chunks. Heat skillet over medium heat. Mix olive oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning in plastic bag. Add chicken, seal bag shut, and shake. Dump chicken mixture, onion, and garlic into hot skillet. Cook for 10 minutes or until no longer pink.
Makes 6, 4oz servings
