Very pleased, our first attempt at White Chicken Chili. We need recipes that are low sodium and low potassium and this one fit with no salt chicken broth. Added 1/2 C Chardonnay with 1 hour to go. Will try adding green tabasco next time. Not real spicy which is fine with us. A keeper recipe! - 1/5/13

Thanks for sharing! I make mine virtually the same way, and I'm thankful that you entered yours in SparkPeople recipes. It made my calorie counting much easier. I like the fact that you didn't add fat to it with olive oil. - 12/2/12

Yummy. I added another half pound of chicken, and used fresh jalapeno's- and 1 large tomato.. And extra garlic. Cooked it for an extra hour and a half in the crock pot so the flavors would mesh more :-) - 8/7/11

Very good! I only had 2 cans of white beans so I used one of black beans and since I ran out of cumin I used chili powder. It turned out great. - 2/2/11

Yum! Yum! So very Yum!!!!!! I didn't use the green peppers, which I should have, I think. I also used tumeric instead of cumin because I thought I had cumin. Instead, I had curry...It still came out scrumptious!!! - 8/10/10
