Ground Chicken Veggie Chili

Ingredients
13 oz. ground chicken1 Tbsp. olive oil1 can diced tomatoes1 can black beans1 chopped onion1 chopped celery1 chopped bell pepper1 chopped zuchini
Directions
Makes approximately 4 -1 cup servings

saute onions, celery, zuchini until soft. Remove from pan. Add chicken and spices (chili powder, red pepper flakes, cayanne pepper, salt, pepper. Cook until cooked through. Add black beans and tomatoes. Cook 10 minutes. Add back vegeables and simmer an additional 10 minutes.
