1 lb turkey1/2 onion1/2 Tbs chopped garlic1 cup mushrooms2 cups frozen mixed vegis1 cup frozen lima beans1 cup frozen broccoli1 cup frozen cauliflower1 small can of petite diced tomatoes1 large can of crushed tomatoes
heat a small amount of oive oil in pan, add onion, garlic and turkey. Cook until turkey is fully cooked. Add both cans of tomatoes products. Add all vegitables, heat over medium, (i recommend using lid to prevent splatters) until hot. serving size is 1 Cup, makes 8 servings.
