Salad on a Stick

Ingredients
1 Cucumber1 Yellow Squash1/4 Medium Onion, chopped5 Medium Radishes1/4 Head Iceburg Lettuce, Chopped Chunkily1 Carrot, chopped1 lb. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Fillets1/2 Link Oscar Mayer Turkey Smoked Sausage
Directions
Chop Veggies in large chunks (to go on kabob sticks). Cut chicken and sausage into chunks as well. Layer kabob sticks with meat and veggies. Salt and Pepper to taste. Grill until done 20 - 30 minutes. Makes about 4 servings (two large kabobs per person).
