Ingredients
8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cubed4 tbsp. light mayo1 tbsp. light sour cream1/2 c. diced celery1/4 c. diced raisins1/2 c. diced green apple3 tbsp. minced red onion1/2 tsp. mustard powder (not spicy)salt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, and chill. Better the next day. Great on crackers, soft bread, stuffed into a tomato or on top of a bed of lettuce.

    This is absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly except for the mayo. I only had regular or olive oil may. The olive oil mayo has half the fat as regular, but taste closer to regular than low fat/light mayo. Yum! - 1/16/21

    No raisins. No apples, but grapes cut into quarters. Chopped shredded cabbage. Added chives & cilantro. No "lite" anything. Total hit w/ family. (I added spiralized zucchini & sliced almonds to my own serving. Yum!) - The "perfect" way to use rotisserie chicken! : ) - 4/4/17
